(w. Canberk Akçal)

What is the chase of unknown memories in the big city about?
Is it a way of belonging to a place by owning certain timelines, signs, leaving and searching material traces?
When does nostalgia start and when does it end? Should it end?
Is it a way of dealing with constant change?
Finding a reason? Or none?
Rediscovering a feeling, a moment or being trapped in the past trying to revitalise a comfort zone?
It’s Like Putting a Hat on a Hat searches for new expressions of the vast feeling of being in the past continuous topography of the big city rythm.
